Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Descflow ("we", "us") collects when you use descflow.com and the Descflow service, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
- Workflow content. The workflows you create, their configuration, and the execution history and logs they produce.
- Usage data. Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.
- Payment information. We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by Polar (see below).
How we use it
- To provide, operate, and maintain the service.
- To execute the workflows you configure.
- To enforce usage limits and subscription entitlements.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate abuse or security incidents.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your workflow content for advertising.
Processors we use
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to run the service:
- Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage, and workflow execution infrastructure.
- Polar — payment processing and subscription management, acting as merchant of record. Your billing relationship for paid plans is with Polar, and their privacy policy governs the payment data they collect.
Data retention
We keep your account and workflow data for as long as your account is active. Execution logs are retained on a rolling basis. If you delete your account, we delete the associated account and workflow data, except where we are required to retain records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@descflow.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
International transfers
Descflow is operated from Türkiye and hosted on infrastructure that may process data in other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
Children
Descflow is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will notify you by email.
